5) Will the furniture require assembly?
Most items require some assembly unless the product specifically states fully assembled. All parts including tools, screws, nuts and bolts are packed securely in small bags and boxed with easy to follow instructions. Typical tools that you may need include a hammer, an adjustable wrench and screwdrivers. Please email us if you want to check on specific items.
6）Oil on cylinder，Is this general? What to do?
Yes ,it is general. As you see the gas lift supplier will put the lubricant to protect cylinder.It makes gas lift swivel and evoke easily. But after being used on the daily times, the dust in the air will attach on the sylinder. So it seem as dirty oil on cylinder,It is ok, not the quality problem. Just wipe the oil lightly by duster cloth.

What is an ergonomic office chair?
A good ergonomic office chair, as defined by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), "provides necessary support to the back, legs,
buttocks, and arms, while reducing exposures to awkward postures, contact stress, and forceful exertions." Ergonomic office chairs are designed to accommodate users for long periods of time in
positions that will help to minimize stress and tension. One of the most common work-related injuries is lower back pain. An ergonomic office chair must provide adequate lumbar support to the
user, which will often alleviate lower back pain. It is also very important to get up from your chair and take a break from sitting in the same, repetitive position. Do some stretching or walk to
the water fountain and back. Anything to get the blood flowing and your muscles loosened will help.
An ergonomic office chair should have a seat that is wide enough and deep enough to cover the entire buttocks and upper thighs. Many ergonomic chairs offer a seat depth function, which allows the user to adjust the seat to the correct positioning behind the knees. The best position for the seat is 1-2” behind the back of your knees.
The seat should be height adjustable. Most ergonomic office chairs have pneumatic seat height adjustment. It is important to sit with your knees at a 90 degree angle and seat height adjustment will allow this.
The seat should have some type of tilt function like forward seat tilt or synchro-tilt. This is important when the user reclines. As the user reclines a poor angle is created at the knees and/or torso. A seat that tilts as the chair reclines will help to eliminate this problem.
The seat frame should be constructed from steel to provide the safest product possible. The seat should also be well padded and covered with a high quality leather, fabric or mesh. The upholstery chosen should be soft to the touch and comfortable for the user to sit in for long hours. Many ergonomic mesh chairs are being designed with mesh seats that have no padding/backing. These chairs are often ergonomic but a well padded seat is much better for sessions of 8+ hours.
Ergonomic office chairs have backrests that are large enough to accommodate the entire back of the individual using the chair. The chair back should have the width and height to support the entire shoulder region. Most ergonomic chairs have a height adjustable backrest. This allows the user to adjust the chair back to a position in which the upper back and shoulders are fully supported.

It is important to choose upholstery that will be comfortable for each particular user and application. The armrests on an ergonomic chair should be height adjustable and either swivel or adjust in width. The best positioning for your arms is to have your elbows at a 90 degree angle with your shoulders fully relaxed. It is also important that there isn’t too much or too little space in between your inner arm and side. If the space is too small, then unwanted rubbing can occur. If the space is too large, then stress and tension can be placed on the shoulders.
Ergonomic armrests should have no leading edges and should not be rough to the touch. All edges should be rounded and the arms should be well padded. The user should be able to lean on the armrests for extended hours without feeling discomfort due to a hard surface.
A good ergonomic chair will provide good support to your lower back, known as your lumbar region. Many chairs will feature a natural curve or roll in the backrest of the chair. Others will have an inflatable bag or object that is used to add or release pressure to the lumbar area.
Make sure the chair has an adjustable lumbar support system. Many chairs offer lumbar sections that adjust up and down with adjustable back height. Many ergonomic chairs have freely adjusting lumbar pads. It is important to have the ability to adjust the lumbar support to a region specific to the user.
Many ergonomic chairs feature a headrest or give the user the option to add one. The headrest should not push the back of the users head at a downward angle in any way. You normally do not associate safety and office chairs. The truth is, office
chairs can be safety hazards. They are expected to hold our weight. Most injuries that occur are frequently minor and easily treated.
Some basic precautions:
1. If you assemble a new chair, follow the instructions. It may not be as easy as it seems.
2. Take particular care with the casters / wheels. The wheels / casters must fit properly into the base. If possible, purchase only 5-legged based chairs. These are more stable and durable.
3. Every six-month check the components of your chair, closely inspect the adjustable parts. You want to ensure that they are properly tightened, and that there are no missing parts.
4. If you must rock in your chair, then purchase a chair that has a tilt function. As your parents or teacher said, keep all of your chair feet, in this case casters, on the floor. Your office chair casters are easily damaged and are designed to work at a certain angle.
5. Make sure the type of casters on your chair is made for the floor surface of your office space. Casters that come standard on your chair are usually intended for carpeted surfaces. If your office space is tile, then you should use softer casters. Casters are made for carpet, hard surfaces and for the combination of both.
Choosing the Right Ergonomic Office Chair
There are many types of ergonomic chairs available for use in the office. No one type of office chair is necessarily the best, but there are some things that are very important to look for in a good ergonomic office chair. These things will allow the individual user to make the chair work well for his or her specific needs.
This article will examine the traditional office chair, as well as alternatives that can be used as an office chair that may be preferable for some people with back problems.
What features should a good ergonomic office chair possess?
In first considering the "conventional" style of office chair, there are a number of things an ergonomic chair should have, including:
- Seat height. Office chair seat height should be easily adjustable. A pneumatic adjustment lever is the easiest way to do this. A seat height that ranges from about 16 to 21 inches off the floor should work for most people. - Seat width and depth. The seat should have enough width and depth to support any user comfortably. Usually 17-20 inches wide is the standard. The depth (from front to back of the seat) needs to be enough so that the user can sit with his or her back against the backrest of the ergonomic office chair while leaving approximately 2 to 4 inches between the back of the knees and the seat of the chair. The forward or backward tilt of the seat should be adjustable.
- Lumbar support. Lower back support in an ergonomic chair is very important. The lumbar spine has an inward curve, and sitting for long periods without support for this curve tends to lead to slouching (which flattens the natural curve) and strains the structures in the lower spine. An ergonomic chair should have a lumbar adjustment (both height and depth) so each user can get the proper fit to support the inward curve of the lower back.
- Backrest. The backrest of an ergonomic office chair should be 12 to 19 inches wide. If the backrest is separate from the seat, it should be adjustable in height and angle. It should be able to support the natural curve of the spine, again with special attention paid to proper support of the lumbar region. If the office chair has the seat and backrest together as one piece, the backrest should be adjustable in forward and back angles, with a locking mechanism to secure it from going too far backward once the user has determined the appropriate angle.
- Seat material. The material on the office chair seat and back should have enough padding to be comfortable to sit on for extended periods of time. Having a cloth fabric that breathes is preferable to a harder surface.
- Armrests. Office chair armrests should be adjustable. They should allow the user's arms to rest comfortably and shoulders to be relaxed. The elbows and lower arms should rest lightly, and the forearm should not be on the armrest while typing.
- Swivel. Any conventional style or ergonomic chair should easily rotate so the user can reach different areas of his or her desk without straining.
